Economic Resilience for Women's Federation and Rural Livelihood
We worked on strengthening the economic resilience of women's federations and improving rural livelihoods by empowering women through Self-Help Groups (SHGs), financial inclusion, and sustainable income-generation activities. The organization promoted savings and credit initiatives, entrepreneurship development, skill enhancement, and access to government welfare schemes to improve the economic well-being of marginalized women. TSPPT supported women in developing diversified livelihood options such as agriculture, animal husbandry, tailoring, handicrafts, and small businesses. The Trust also strengthened women's federations by building leadership, financial management, and organizational capacities, enabling them to collectively address social and economic challenges. Through these efforts, women gained improved financial security, increased household income, enhanced decision-making power, and greater confidence to lead their families and communities towards sustainable development.
