Thensudar Pengal Parasparam Trust (TSPPT)
TSPPT empowers marginalized women and children by promoting livelihoods, education, equality, and social justice, helping build self-reliant communities free from poverty and violence.
Then Sudar Pengal Parasparam Trust (TSPPT) is a women-led non-profit organization established in 2011 in Andipatti, Theni District, Tamil Nadu. The Trust is committed to empowering Dalit communities, particularly the Arunthathiyar community, and economically disadvantaged women through collective action, self-help groups, livelihood promotion, education, health awareness, and social justice initiatives. With over two decades of grassroots experience in community development, TSPPT currently works with 2930 Self-Help Groups (SHGs) across 80 villages in 3 blocks of Theni District, supporting 4,271 women members. The organization strives to build self-reliant communities where women and children can live with dignity, equality, and opportunity.

To achieve sustainable development for Dalits, especially the Arunthathiyar community, and economically disadvantaged women by promoting social, educational, economic, political, health, and environmental development across Theni District.
